Regular attendance plays an important role in helping students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. Missing just 2 days of school each month can add up to 18 days over the course of a school year, enough to be considered chronic absenteeism.
When students attend school regularly, they are more likely to stay on track with their classmates, build positive relationships with peers and teachers, and develop habits that support long-term success.
